Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Karuna Pet Clinic for your pet’s healthcare needs. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth process:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
1.1 No Cancellation, Reschedule, or Refund Within 4 Hours:
- Cancellation, rescheduling, or refund requests made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be allowed. Please plan accordingly.
1.2 Cancellation Fee:
- A 20% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made beyond the 4-hour window. This fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures we can continue providing quality service to all our clients.
1.3 Restoring Appointments:
- If you accidentally cancel your appointment, please contact us immediately. We may be able to restore your appointment, provided it is within a reasonable timeframe and does not disrupt our schedule.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1 No Refund for No-Show:
- In case of a “No-Show” (failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice), no refunds will be issued.
2.2 Refund for Doctor Absence:
- If, for any reason, our doctor is unable to fulfill the appointment, a 100% refund will be processed.
2.3 Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through original payment method or manually within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow this time for the refund to reflect in your account.
